This year, RJ has decided to appoint two researchers as Humboldt scholars:

• Beate Krickel, Technische Universität Berlin, invited by the Department of Philosophy, Uppsala University
• Peter Auer, Albert-Ludwigs-Universität i Freiburg, invited by the Department of Swedish and Multilingualism, Stockholm University

RJ pays for a longer stay of between 4 and 12 months for prominent German researchers at a research institution in Sweden. The Humboldt-Stiftung similarly pays for prominent Swedish researchers' stay in Germany.
