RJ Infrastructure for Research
Efforts to strengthen research infrastructure are also to be specified in the final report.
Final reporting of infrastructure projects is to occur no later than the date specified in the contract. The report is to be submitted by the project manager through RJ’s website.
To submit the final report, log in using the project manage’s username (e-mail address) and password. Fill in the requested information and complete the submission process by clicking ‘Skicka in’ (‘Submit’).
Send RJ one printed copy of the financial and scientific final reports, signed by the project manager and the grant manager.
The financial final report is completed by the project manager in a specific field in the web form. The web form also allows you to leave a comment on the financial final report.
The scientific final report is to detail the results of the project.
The easiest approach is to write and revise the scientific report and the publication list in Word and then pasting these into the relevant pages. The report is to be written in Swedish and English. Note that the system can only handle simple text formatting. Do not use italics, header formatting, symbols, formula symbols, images or tables.
The scientific final report will be posted in full on RJ’s website. The scientific final report is to include no fewer than 5,000 and no more than 10,000 characters per language (including spaces) and be a coherent text.
The following items are to be reported:
- Purpose of the project and how it has developed during the project period.
- The project results and a discussion about them.
- Unforeseen technical and methodological problems.
- The work’s integration into the agency/organisation and how the work will be communicated.
- New research questions generated through the project.
- Any publications and links to own websites.
