Publication support and open access
If you have been awarded funds for publication support or open access up to and including 2019, RJ pays these funds after having received a requisition from the project leader. Funds granted after 2019 are requested via the application system.
From 2020 onwards
Funds granted can be requisitioned up to three years after the regular project period. The requisition is made in conjunction with the final financial report in RJ's application system.
Attach a statement of account (as a PDF file) from your accounting system as supporting documentation for the expenses.

Awarded funds are to be requisitioned by the project leader so that they then can be paid to the grant administrator. The requisition form is found under Related links on this page.
