RJ Research Initiation

2020/10/12

Final reporting of RJ Research Initiation is to occur no later than the date specified in the confirmation e-mail.

The purpose of the final report is to disseminate knowledge about what has been done in the project. For this reason, RJ is interested in the purpose and its changes, results (can be a conference report or similar), possible synergies, continuation and consequences of the initiative, as well as any planned publications, such as websites and similar.

The scientific and financial reports for the grant are to be submitted no later than one year after the date of decision, as stated in the decision.

The reports are to be submitted by the project manager through RJ’s website.

To submit the final reports, log in using the project manager's username (e-mail address) and password. Fill in the requested information and complete the submission process by clicking ‘Skicka in’ (‘Submit’).

Send RJ one printed copy of the financial and the scientific final reports, signed by the project manager and the grant manager.

The financial final report is completed by the project manager in a specific field in the web form. The web form also allows you to leave a comment on the financial final report.

The scientific final report is to be written in Swedish or English, and include at least 2,000 and a maximum of 10,000 characters per language (including spaces).

The easiest approach is to use Word to write the reports and then paste these into the relevant pages. Note that the system can only handle simple text formatting. Do not use italics, header formatting, symbols, formula symbols, images or tables.

The following is to be reported:

  • New projects and networks generated through the project.
