Nordic Fellowship Programme
The Nordic Fellowship Programme is a three-year initiative aimed at strengthening Nordic connections in the humanities and social sciences.
As part of RJ’s strategic efforts to increase the internationalisation of Swedish research in the humanities and social sciences, a three-year Nordic fellowship programme – the Nordic Fellowship Programme – has now been established.
Over the course of three years, Swedish researchers are offered a one-year placement at the Aarhus Institute of Advanced Studies, the Centre for Advanced Study in Oslo, and the Helsinki Collegium for Advanced Studies.
The researchers are given the opportunity to work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment, which often leads to new contacts and research projects. The institutes are also responsible for bringing each year’s fellows together to strengthen Nordic research networks within the framework of the initiative.
Each fellow is admitted according to the criteria applied by the respective institute.
